Privacy Policy

Overview

higgsfieldgenjutsu.lol is an independent third-party website that provides an AI video generator for recasting motion and swapping elements in existing footage. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

By using the website you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Information we collect

We collect the minimum information needed to run the service:

• Account information from Google sign-in, such as your name, email address and profile image.
• Content you upload or create, including reference videos, reference images and prompts.
• Payment information processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number.
• Technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type and pages visited.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and secure your account, including Google sign-in.
• Deliver generations, store your projects and show your credit balance.
• Process subscriptions and payments, and prevent fraud.
• Send transactional email such as receipts, subscription notices and support replies.
• Understand aggregate usage so we can improve the product.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. When you subscribe, card details are submitted directly to Stripe and are governed by the Stripe privacy policy. We receive limited billing details such as the last four digits of the card, the billing country and the subscription status.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with processors that are required to operate the service, such as our hosting provider, database provider, payment processor and email provider, or when we are legally required to do so.

Retention

Account data is kept for as long as your account is active. Uploaded references and generated results are kept so that you can revisit them, and can be deleted on request. Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us. You can also cancel a subscription at any time from your billing settings, which stops future charges.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar storage for sign-in sessions, locale preference and basic analytics. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, although sign-in will not work without them.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
