Agreement

These terms govern your use of higgsfieldgenjutsu.lol. By creating an account or using the website you accept them. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for that organisation.

The service

higgsfieldgenjutsu.lol is an independent third-party website that provides an AI video generator. Genjutsu lets you recast the motion of an existing video with your own characters, locations and products, or swap selected elements while keeping the rest of the shot.

It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Higgsfield. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Accounts

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

Your content

You keep ownership of the videos, images, prompts and other material you upload, and of the results you generate.

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights needed to use the material you upload, including any footage of other people, and to publish what you generate.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Infringe copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights.
• Create sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that sexualises a real person without consent.
• Impersonate a person or brand in a way that is deceptive, or produce knowingly false information about people.
• Promote violence, harassment, terrorism or illegal activity.
• Attack, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service, or bypass credit and access limits.

Plans, credits and billing

Plans are billed through Stripe on a monthly or annual basis and grant the credits described on the pricing page. Credits are consumed by generations, and each run shows its credit cost before you generate. Credits are not transferable and have no cash value outside the service.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings, and access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Availability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Generations can vary in quality and may not match your expectations, and the underlying models may change or be unavailable from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if we are required to do so by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
